We recently discovered a really easy, delicious and versatile way to use our Coffee – Coffee Jelly!!
Brew 2 cups of strong coffee, add one package of gelatin and 2 teaspoons of sugar (more if you like it sweet) in a pan and heat/stir.
Place the liquid in your fridge until set.
Add some Jelly to your pancakes or french toast, or serve on vanilla ice cream with some candied nuts. Also makes a great addition to a glass of Bailey’s!
