This delightful Colombian Supremo comes to us from the region of Tolima. Grown at 1500-1900 meters above sea level it is washed. What was at first an accidental roast (the result of a thermocouple malfunction), ended up being something amazing. It is a medium roast with a creamy body and tasting notes of chocolate, stone fruit and brown sugar.
