This incredible Coffee comes to us from Southern Ethiopia. Grown at around 1900 m above sea level, the beans are from heirloom trees and are washed and processed using traditional methods. Ethiopia is the likely birthplace of Coffee and plays an integral part in everyday life – our name “Buna Dabo Naw” means “Coffee is our Bread” – a common saying in Ethiopia that best describes the importance of Coffee.
Buna Dabo Naw is a complex coffee. Roasted to a City/medium we get a nice body, a bright acidity and intensely aromatic notes of Honey, flowers and Citrus.
